Background questions
Background question can be sent to a customer as information request, or the user can aswer to them on behalf of the customer. Background questions work as a good basis for risk assessment.
You can modify an existing question by choosing the question you want to modify, making the wanted changes and clicking Save.
You can change the order of the questions by clicking Sort and by dragging the questions into wanted order.
You can build new question series and forms, by clicking Add new background question. (See detailed instructions below)
Background question -tool can be used to build many different question series and forms. There can be various types of background questions: Yes or no, Text field, Text box, Tick box or Drop down menu. You can build specific questions/forms for different languages or example for specific customer types.
A question is given a Type based on which question series it is linked to. The questions can be scored, they can be made compulsory, and the recipient can be given instructions for answering the questions. A Headline can be added for the question and it can be made conditional. The Description section is internal and is not visible to the recipient of the questions.
