In the system, you can also produce a sanctions list query on an individual company or private person without adding the company/person in question in the customer register or sending an identification request to them. This makes it easier to carry out anticipatory investigations before forming a customer relationship or to implement background work to recognise the “opposition”.
- The sanctions list search engine is found in the main Menu under the “+” icon (same place where you go to add customers). Previous searches and matches are displayed in the main Menu under Sanctions list queries, and you can produce a PDF report of them, if needed.
- The accuracy of the search results (search algorithm setting) can be set between 60–100%. The default is 80%. The lower the accuracy % is set at, the higher the number of matches that resemble the search term, but they may be incorrect in that only a part of the name matches the search term. Respectively, if the accuracy % is set at 100 %, the search produces matches only if the search term is totally identical with the name on the sanctions list.

- You can also make a temporary exception for a match. After this time period the name will be returned to sanctions lists control.
