External visibility settings
- You can change the colour palette to match your company’s colour scheme by modifying the highlight colour code. The colour code must be in HEX- format.
- The chosen colour scheme appears on the information and identification request forms, the electronic signature form, secure messages as well as Whistleblower statements and the monitoring of the statements.
- You can also activate ”Anonymous email delivery” function which will show company name as a sender instead of a DOKS-user.
- You can adjust the delay of the automatic proceeding time of the subsequent identification and information requests. Default time of a delay is 30 seconds which meets the WCAG requirements of digital accessibility.
